Peter has over 20 years of experience working with buyers and sellers across the Triangle. New homes and old, cities and suburbs, urban lofts and country acres, Peter knows the Triangle - its schools, neighborhoods, parks, lakes, greenways,  theaters, used book stores and much more. 

He is experienced, energetic & eclectic. He has moved and restored historic homes and helped develop new neighborhoods. As a buyer's agent, with patience and old fashioned service, he helps families, partners and individuals find homes. As a listing agent, he "markets" homes with fresh ideas on the web, on tv, in print, wherever.

Peter has raised three children within walking distance of NC State University. He has lived in Reston, Alexandria & Norfolk, VA, Springfield, IL, Syracuse, Newport, Schenectady, NY and Greensburg, PA. He has worked on housing issues in two state governments & the OMB in Washington with a Penn State BS & Syracuse MPA.
